Associate Attorney – Mark McLaren
Mark McLaren is a licensed attorney in the state of Washington, with experience representing clients in a wide array of immigration matters, including employment-based, business-related and family-based immigration cases. Mr. McLaren’s current practice focuses primarily on National Interest Waiver, EB1A, L1 and H1B cases.
Mr. McLaren graduated from Simon Fraser University, in Vancouver, Canada, with a Bachelor of Science degree in Biochemistry and Biological Sciences. After graduation, Mr. McLaren chose to head south, where he attended UCLA School of Law, earning his Juris Doctor degree. While in law school, Mr. McLaren served as the Senior Articles Editor of the Journal of Law and Technology and was awarded an internship with the Los Angeles Mayor’s Office of Homeland Security. Following graduation from law school, Mr. McLaren worked for a full-service immigration and criminal defense firm in the Seattle area before returning to Southern California.
Mr. McLaren was born and raised in Vancouver, Canada but now calls Southern California home. When not in the office, Mr. McLaren enjoys being active outdoors and spending time with friends and family.
