Job Opening: Immigration Lawyers & Attorney Track Immigration Law Clerks/Interns

We are seeking full-time attorney-track immigration law clerks/interns and experienced business immigration lawyers to join our thriving and fast-paced immigration law practices in the Greater Los Angeles area. Our firm primarily represents employment-based immigration petitions like EB1, NIW and PERM, business related immigration petitions like EB5 and EB1C, and all kinds of work visas like H1B, L1, O-1 and E2.

Basic requirements:

Excellent academic background;
Bilingual proficiency and demonstrated writing ability in both English and Mandarin Chinese;
JD or LLM degree;
State bar license or awaiting a bar exam result;

Preferred requirements:

Experience in handling employment-based or business related immigration matters;
Familiarity with website maintenance, social media marketing, drafting articles and newsletters;
Highly efficient legal writing skills.
